Appointment Assistance

Our appointment assistant program is on first come first serve basis. There is a calendar of availability that client will choose from. Staff will assign available case manager or volunteer to assist client with getting said appointment which includes to: medical appointments (high priority), grocery store, hair care, family visits, companion outings. If the services you need aren't listed please call in for confirmation regarding your needs.
